Richard Worker was educated at Winchester College, UK before returning to New Zealand to study law at Otago University. Richard commenced practice in Wellington and was a partner of a Palmerston North law firm for 20 years before moving to Orewa in 2003.
Richard held partnership for 18 years with North Harbour Law of Orewa and its predecessor firms. Richard is well connected throughout the Hibiscus Coast and is known for his approachable down to earth practical advice to his many clients.
After more than 10 years as a board member of Destination Orewa Beach, Richard now chairs The Silverdale Business Association, and brings his knowledge to the greater Silverdale/ Millwater and surrounding areas. Richard is the Chairman of Age Concern Rodney, and he advises local aged-care groups on legal matters relating to the welfare of elders. He is also honorary Solicitor to Riding for the disabled, Silverdale and Orewa Surf Life saving.
Richard lives in Millwater with his partner Christine and is achieving his desire to set up practice in his local community.

Sharynn Walmsley is a Registered Legal Executive with Legal Executives New Zealand and has worked in the legal profession since 1988.

Michelle Paul has been a respected member of the local legal community for more than 30 years, building a reputation for her extensive knowledge, practical approach and genuine commitment to her clients.
As an experienced Senior Legal Executive, Michelle works across a broad range of legal matters, with particular expertise in estate administration, property transactions, subdivisions, wills, enduring powers of attorney, estate planning and commercial law.

Originally from Wales, Nicola moved to New Zealand with her husband and now enjoys life on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast with their three children.
With more than 15 years’ experience as a legal secretary, Nicola has worked across a variety of areas of law and brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation and professionalism to her role. She works closely alongside Sharynn Walmsley, providing invaluable support and helping ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently for clients.
Nicola is known for her warm, friendly nature and her ability to keep even the busiest days running seamlessly. Her attention to detail and calm approach make her an important part of the Millwater Law team.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the local beaches and walking her two dogs along the Hibiscus Coast.

Christine studied Graphic Design at AUT in Auckland before furthering her design studies in London, England. After returning to New Zealand, she became Creative Director of Photography International Magazine at The Colour Workshop.
Throughout her career, Christine has held creative, marketing and communications roles with organisations including Screentime, TVNZ, Touchdown Productions, Dermalogica NZ, Arkles Entertainment and The Museum Circle.
She has also owned and operated her own interior design business, Dressing Rooms. Christine was responsible for the design and fit-out of KidsCan offices, Shed 16, Kaukapapa, North Shore Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery, The Legal Team, Silverdale, and is now the driving force behind the branding, marketing and communications for Millwater Law.
Christine loves living in Millwater with her partner Richard and when she’s not working on her next project, loves interior design, dining out, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jagat brings a wealth of experience in finance, administration, human resources and operations management to Millwater Law.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Arellano University in the Philippines and a Certification in HR Personnel Management from Career Academy New Zealand.
Prior to moving to New Zealand in 2020, Jagat spent more than a decade working in Human Resources for a leading power generation company, where she was responsible for HR operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and administrative management. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Account Analyst in the government sector, developing strong skills in finance, reporting and business administration.
Since settling on the Hibiscus Coast with her family, Jagat has continued to build on her extensive administrative and financial expertise. As Accounts Manager, she oversees the firm’s financial administration and plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of Millwater Law.
